最近海运的船期延误和查验率上升,也有一些船公司爆仓与甩柜现象,如何回复焦急等待的客户呢?
首先要找报关行/货代要一份查验通知书、船公司甩柜通知、码头的截图等等,这样邮件显得更加有理有据。
最好是全程要自己跟进,不要装完柜就不管了,到了SO上开船日也要看看柜子是否有被Load上船,及时跟货代沟通柜子情况。
如果做FOB,不要指望指定货代服务有多好,还是自己跟踪比较好。当然遇到异常最好也让指定货代也通知国外客户。两边都通知给到客户,有些事情多做一点,这样客户会感受到重视,加深合作印象。
出了异常不可怕,可怕的是出了异常,你还不知道,直到客户反过来问你,你才发现。这样最终“受伤”的还是出口的外贸人啊!
