If your shipment has been determined by US Customs to be non-compliant with Section 321, you will need to provide clearance information; in this case there is no need to panic:

If your company has purchased an annual Bond (CTB), simply provide us with a valid Bond, fill in the POA document and provide an EIN/SSN/CBP No. to complete the customs clearance at destination;
when your shipment is worth more than US$2,500, it is best to provide the import requirement certificate (if any) from the Customs for the product, as well as the duty payable guarantee.
